PARAM's Loan Processing Application
PARAM's Loan Processing Application is used by Direct Selling Agent (referred as DSA) for processing the Loan for Banks and NBFC's. DSA uses this platform to track their Customer's Loan enquiry till loan disbursal.
- Track Customer's enquiry till loan disbursal and beyond (loan closure): Streamlines the DSA's entire operations.
- Maintains data for Partners and Prospect/Customer for DSA: Acts as a CRM tool and helps DSA generate additional business from Partners and Customers.
- Generates loan options for Customers: DSA suggests better Bank and Loan products to the Customer.
- Loan Eligibility: Based on the Customer's profile, income, and Property valuation, it calculates loan eligibility for a particular Bank.
- Analysis and Reports: Helps DSA analyze Customer profiles and generate various reports like invoicing to the Bank and incentive calculations for DSA's staff.
